Hello, I am Bill Campbell.  I grew up in the construction business, learning from my grandfather Everett Campbell and my father Billy Ed Campbell.  I have been a licensed home inspector since 2005, and have inspected 100's of homes.  I am also a licensed professional chemical engineer.  I love older homes, and lived in a home built in 1888 for many years.  I have inspected many of the homes in Batesville's historic district.  Inspection services include: the roof, the foundation, the plumbing system, the electrical system, the crawl space (if present), the attic, the fireplace (if present) and the heating and air conditioning system.  Following the inspection, I will write an easy to understand report complete with photographed documentation explaining the condition of the property.  Upon request I can also test well water, irrigation systems, swimming pools, spas, commercial properties and radon.
